It is now a centrally heated two storey, three bedroomed accommodation with an internal balcony overlooking the lounge.

There are facilities for disabled and wheelchair access including a downstairs bedroom and adjacent shower room. This bedroom has two single beds. The ground floor is tiled throughout for easy movement. Upstairs are two further bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other two single beds. It is also possible to use the divan bed-settee on the open balcony area. There is a bathroom upstairs. Throughout many of the beams and original stone work have been preserved in this renovation. You have use of the separate and communal laundry room. Common Facilities The Laundry Room. This is a common facility. It provides good drying space for wet shoes/clothes etc. It has a washing machine, freezer and ice maker, and cleaning utensils for all to use. Linens Bed-linens and towels for internal use are provided in the price. There is a bath-robe in each bedroom. There is also a hair-dryer in each unit. Please bring your own beach and swimming towels. Kitchen linens are also included in the price. There is a communal garden with sea views, picnic tables and BBQs for use by guests.
