3 Star Self Catering Rating from NITB Operating most recently as a hay barn this is attached to the back of the main house with its own entrances onto the courtyard. It is designed and equipped for two people. This renovated stone barn is modelled on a New York loft conversion idea with open beams being retained where possible. It is centrally heated. Downstairs there is a kitchen, dining and living area with an Esse oil-fired cooking stove, microwave, fridge and also a traditional black cast-iron enclosed gas fire. It is equipped with a colour TV/video. Upstairs there is shower room and an open balcony bedroom with two single beds.
Common Facilities The Laundry Room. This is a common facility. It provides good drying space for wet shoes/clothes etc. It has a washing machine, freezer and ice maker, and cleaning utensils for all to use. Linens Bed-linens and towels for internal use are provided in the price. There is a bath-robe in each bedroom. There is also a hair-dryer in each unit. Please bring your own beach and swimming towels. Kitchen linens are also included in the price. There is a communal garden with sea views, picnic tables and BBQs for use by guests. Car Parking.
